Established by Samuel Hartley around 1850, this small family cemetery is under restoration by the Granite Historical Society using funds provided by the Patapsco Heritage Greenway. Records indicate it is the resting site of about 30 people; grave markers are being uncovered and recorded during the preservation process.
Photographs of grave markers are currently available at Find A Grave. These photographs were not taken by the GHS and are dated. Many markers are no longer visible. The cemetery is on private property on Wrights Mill Road. To arrange a visit, please reach out to our Officers.
