GHS to Present at Howard County Historical Society

The Granite Historical Society has been invited to give a presentation to the Howard County Historical Society on Friday October 2nd, from 12PM to 1PM. The event is part of the Howard County Historical Society’s “Lunch Date with History” series. John Brantley will present a short lecture on the history of quarrying activity in Granite and talk a bit about the Granite Historical Society. The event, which is open to the public, will be held at the Museum of Howard County History located at 8328 Court Avenue, in Old Ellicott City.
